When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3-7 days to process an order and then ship it. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3-4 business days
● Europe: 6-8 business days
● Australia: 2-14 business days
● Japan: 4-8 business days
● International: 10-20 business days

Europe

Riga, Latvia
Our Riga facility is located near Riga International Airport at Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167. It handles apparel fulfillment and also serves as a pickup point.

Barcelona, Spain
Our Barcelona facility is located at Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91–95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain. It mainly serves the Western European market.

Birmingham, United Kingdom
Our UK fulfillment facility is located at Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ. Due to high international shipping costs from the UK, only orders with delivery addresses within the UK are fulfilled at this facility.

North America

Charlotte, NC, United States
Our Charlotte facility is located at 11025 Westlake Dr, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273. It’s one of our core U.S. fulfillment centers and supports fast domestic shipping across the East Coast and surrounding regions.

Dallas, TX, United States
Our Dallas-area facility is located at 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019. This is one of our primary U.S. fulfillment centers, helping support efficient nationwide order processing and shipping.

Tijuana, Mexico
Our Tijuana facility is located at Camino Vecinal El Realito 12801, Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, CP: 22250. This facility supports the U.S. market. Orders fulfilled there are transferred across the border and shipped domestically within the United States.

Toronto, Canada
Our Toronto-area facility is located at Unit 3, 3500 Laird Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 5Y4, Canada. It handles local fulfillment for the Canadian market, helping reduce shipping times and import-related costs for customers in Canada.

Will customs fees be charged for my order?

For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may be charged. These costs are beyond our control
and are determined by your local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly by country, so please contact your local customs office directly to see if import duties and taxes apply to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, you can help us by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation for any errors in the delivery address.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us via [insert your support email address here] and provide your order number. If you found an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the shipping costs will be at your own expense.
